A
Philosophy that sets us apart
|
|

|
"We
Believe in People" What
does that mean? It means that people are
what we are all about. This is a people business. Our
people are our
most important asset,
and we believe in them - their
potential, their capabilities, their goals for success. We
believe that people, when given the opportunity,
support and training they need, can accomplish anything
they set there mind to. In a caring environment with concern

respect
for every individual,
people are able to grow and excel. We know. We have been doing
this for
almost 40 years. And our people are the reason we are the
successful company that we are today.
Our
Mission
“To
value the people of Boddie-Noell by providing a high quality,
successful organization which offers everyone the opportunity to
be the best they can be.”
A
bit of history...
Boddie-Noell began in 1961.
Carleton Noell and his two
entrepreneurial nephews, Mayo and Nick Boddie, opened
one of the first Hardee's restaurants in
Fayetteville, NC. Fast-food was a new concept. The gamble
paid off, and before long,
fast friendly service and charbroiled burgers were
in hot demand.
It was the dawn of a new era in dining trends,
and BNE established itself as one of the
industry’s leaders.
The
years brought steady growth and prosperity. Today, BNE is
the largest franchisee of Hardee’s Food Systems,
operating over 330 restaurants
in NC, VA, KY and SC. In
1994, we branched into the casual dining market with the high-energy,
western spirited Texas Steakhouse restaurant. We have 13
Texas Steakhouses in North Carolina. BNE Land &
Development has
been another exciting venture into real estate and
has taken us into development of both commerical and
resort properties.
With
over 12 thousand employees, Boddie-Noell Enterprises is
one of the country’s largest privately held companies.
We continue to be leaders not only in our industry but
also in the communities we serve. We support and
actively participate in many organizations and
events that reach out to people in need. It
all goes back to our philosophy -- our belief in people.
