APPLEBEE'S is the world's largest Casual Dining chain with over 2000 restaurants. Casual Restaurant Concepts, the Central Florida franchise, is ripe for your success. Our franchise territory begins in Manatee County and extends up the picturesque Gulf of Mexico coast to Ocala. We also extend through the booming Tampa Bay and Orlando to the Central East Coast of Florida from Port Orange south to Palm Bay. In total, we own the rights to 19 counties in Central Florida. We currently have 50 units and will grow to at least 70 through our continued growth of 1 to 3 additional new units every year.

Job Requirements:

COMPETITIVE SALARY RANGES:

  • Starting salary, including base and bonus, ranges from 35k to 50k total compensation.

MANY OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADVANCEMENT:

  • All restaurant managers start at the Assistant Manager level.
  • Promotions based on performance.
  • Typically 5 K.M., 5 G.M. and 1 A.D. promotion annually.

QUALIFICATIONS TO APPLY: You must have a minimum of 2 years current full service salaried restaurant management experience, with current experience in the Casual Dining chain market. We seek experience in both FOH and BOH. Since our bar business constitutes up to 25% of our total sales in some units, experience serving and/or managing alcohol is preferred. Candidates who have earned a degree specializing in restaurant management from an accredited institution will also be considered.  Candidates must give consent to a criminal, credit and driving background check as a condition of employment.
