We’re looking for managers who aren’t afraid to think like entrepreneurs; people who are confident, willing to lead and share a passion for food and pleasing people. We are proud of our three restaurant concepts, but not satisfied. We want people who can help us grow bigger without sacrificing our commitment to excellent food and service. That will require independent thinking, some risk taking and the vision to see just how far you can go personally and professionally. You have to have the tough-minded discipline to run a business and the sense of humor to keep you and those around you sane. From the contemporary design, to the scratch kitchen, to the unique drinks, to the music played in the bar, nothing at Houlihan’s will make you feel like you’ve been there, ate that. Wood Fired Steaks & Seafood.
Our J. Gilbert’s concept is one of those rare places that make you feel like you’ve left your world for awhile. Perhaps traveled to a rustic inn where you can dine in the glow of a roaring hearth and enjoy quality wood-fired steaks and honest American cuisine. The décor is warm and earthy with soft lighting and wood and stone accents. The service is genuine and welcoming. It’s all about feeling comfortable and taken care of, whether you’re stopping in for a few drinks or mesquite grilled pork chops. At J. Gilbert’s nothing is overdone.
Seafood Grills: Fresh and Creative.
Our Bristol, Braxton, Chequers and Devon concepts have all the easy going elegance you’d expect from upscale seafood restaurants, but the focus is fresh. Seafood is flown in fresh daily from both coasts and around the world. Dishes vary every day depending on what’s in season and what the chef chooses to prepare. The result is quality, luxury, comfort and the best seafood in town. Which means, even if it’s not a special occasion, we’ll make it feel like one.
Base pay in the top 25% of the industry and a bonus plan.
