McCormick & Schmick's operates a variety of full service restaurants which feature 30 different varieties of fresh seafood. Menus are printed daily, based upon product availability, and usually feature between 75 to 90 freshly prepared items emphasizing not only traditional seafood, meat and poultry, but salads and pastas as well. Each restaurant's chef contributes to the menu's unique and imaginative appeal by creating dishes tailored to regional tastes and their own talents. McCormick & Schmick's restaurants are also renowned for excellent full-service bar operations that feature high quality liquors, fine wines, and a wide selection of beers served in a traditional, yet lively environment. Many of our restaurants are located in buildings included in the National Register of Historic Places.
