The core markets for Tacala restaurants are Birmingham, AL; Macon, Columbus, and Albany, GA; and Tri-Cities, Knoxville, and Chattanooga, TN. Tacala owns the majority of restaurant locations in each of these markets, thus setting the local promotional and market development agenda.
