We are the largest Taco Bell franchisee in Arizona, seeking Team Members, Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers for our Phoenix restaurants especially in Surprise and Cave Creek.

We are seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals with good math, reading, writing and verbal communication skills who want to move up with our company. More than half our management team started out as team members!

The ideal candidate for team member will possess:

• A friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented attitude
• The ability to learn, meet and exceed high standards of operation
• Basic business math skills and the ability to handle money accurately
• The ability to complete STP1 +1 [training] within 14 days of hire date
