We are the largest Taco Bell franchisee in Arizona, seeking Restaurant General Managers, Assistant Managers.

The ideal managerial candidate will possess a college degree or course work in hospitality or business management, a proven, successful track record of 2+ years management experience in the QSR industry, including profit & loss responsibility. The managerial candidate will possess a strong leadership and team building skills, including interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Also, business math and accounting skills, including the ability to calculate/analyze data, as well as strong analytical/decision-making skills. And, a professional results-oriented attitude, the ability to meet and exceed high standards of operation, the flexibility to handle the challenges of a changing market, and uncompromising integrity.

Position Title: Restaurant General Manager (RGM)
Supervisors Title: Market Training Manager and District Manager
Minimum workweek required: 50 hours using 11 Point Schedule
Salary Cap: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00

Senior Assistant Restaurant General Manager

Position Title: Senior Assistant Restaurant General Manager (SAM)
Supervisors Title: Market Training Manager (MTM) and Restaurant General Manager (RGM)
Minimum workweek required: 50 hours using 11 Point Schedule
Salary Cap: $35,000.00

Assistant Restaurant General Manager

Position Title: Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM)
Supervisors Title: Market Training Manager (MTM), Senior Assistant Restaurant General Manager (SAM), and Restaurant General Manager (RGM)
Minimum workweek required: 50 hours following 11 Point Schedule
Salary Cap: $30,000.00
